Burhan Sümer Research Laboratory
It is used for education and researches through graduate program. In this laboratory, there are spectrophotometer, gas chromotography, particle matter measuring in flue gas and ambient air, flue gas measurement, conditioning unit with heating apparatus, noise measuremet devices and also the main equipments used for water and wastewater analyses.
Environmental Chemistry and Environmental Microbiology Laboratory
It is used for the environmental chemistry and environmental microbiology lectures through undergraduate program. The analyses are solution preparation, determination of factor f solution, acid –base titrations, chloride, sulfate, conductivity, biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, pH, suspended, settleable and total solid matter, fixed and volatile suspended solids, acidity and alkalinity, total hardness, soluble oxygen, colour, turbidity and microbiological diversity.
